Chockstone helps restaurants and retailers manage their gift cards and other card-based loyalty programs online. They needed help designing the user interface for their Promotion Manager application, which allows their client companies to log in, create new promotions, and run reports on loyalty program usage. I worked with their marketing and engineering teams to deliver a site map, task flows, and several detailed wireframes that guided their development efforts.
In a separate engagement, the White Horse creative team and I partnered with Chockstone to design the mySubwayCard.com site, where Subway card holders can track card balances, “reload” their card with additional funds, and access additional features.
